wyoming homes llc. No Home for the Holidays wilks barre Pennsylvania

 My girlfriends mother bought a mobile home from Wyoming Homes in 2012.  She put money down and was promised to have the home in 6 to 8 weeks.  It took 6 to 8 months.  Her home is a piece of crap.  Her friend gave her a phone number of a man in Harrisburg Pa who came out to her house to inspect it.  He gave her a report and got some things done but there is alot to do.  she said his name is Mike and he is in Harrisburg.  Its the Housing Division at Department of Economic Development in Harrisburg.  I do not have his number but you may be able to look him up online.

Ok now David V. Promises a refund of deposit that was on friday he said.he will return most.of.my money well we came to an agreement not one i would consider fare but still an agreement and he would fax or email refund papers on sat morning well here it is thurs.still no papers and now i find my old cell phone with all the text saying he was paying for allmost everytthing at his expense i am giving him till monday noon to get me papers or i will no longer exept terms that he wanted. I have never heard so many excuses in my life phones are down left your paperwork somewhere else now he just dosnt andwer phone or text .oh and if your dealing with this company now and u think oh everything is going smooth call the permit office if he says he has your permits call the factory and check your delivery date chances are your home hasnt even been ordered or if it has the dates he gives will not match we ended up living in a tiny motel room because of his lies and he was doing it to use again till i called factory and found he could not have house released to be built because he owed on other homes I know i will prob never see the 20 k we gave him returned but atleast i can help others not get taken in by this shister. (Would call him some other things but i dont like saying them let alone typing) Oh and if you are in the middle of dealing with him get a writen contract with date of completion and everything he promises from tile to toilet. Well i will update as thing change

 After repeated attemps to get David Valenti to return my deposit and speaking to factory and them saying home will not be built David V finally said he would return my deposit that was 5 days ago he told me to call him on friday to work out refund call him at time he gave no answer he text me back cant talk right now im at bank call u in 30 minutes never called i called him he text me again im on phone ill call u back soon as i get off phone no call i call him again 2 hr later he text me again can we handle it tomarrow call me at 11 am (sat) and we can get this handled i call 11am surprise no answer and a text again im at the bank i will call you soon as i leave 4 hrs later still no call so i call him oh im just leaving bank well this is still going on 3 days latertoday he told me to call him at 10 am i did and of course oh im at the bank ill call u back in a couple no call text 2 1/2 hoirs later sorry about holding u up ill call u in an hour its now 5 pm no call again well ill up date again if anything changes not holdin my breath
