wyotech daytona threw me out of school based on hear say that i called a instructor a dirty name. no absolute oroof just asked a few students what they thought and made the decision to suspend me refusing to give me ormond beach, Florida

i was accused of calling a instructor a dirty name. this instructor was already angry with me for being late to school alot because of vehicle problems. on the day of the incident the instructor was outside the lab on her phone. me and some friends were crackung jokes about a movie and i mentioned my favorite line wich consisted of that dirty word she thought i clled her. she flew back into the lab and demanded i pack my stuff and leave cause i just call her a name. the next day befor being allowed to attend class i had to wait a hour to see chris barton to decided if i was going to be suspended. i explained to the point of tears that i did not call her a name and they refused to believe me. studrnts that did support my claim were ignored because i could have "gotten to them" I asked chris barton to turn over the check that was issued to me for my rent he refused. i informed him i would be seeking legal action against the school for the unjust suspention as well as placing me and my family in poverty by with holding a check with my name on it to pay my rent. so so much more to add. drug addicted teachers, gang related instructors, and much much more. if there is a lawsuit available please email me i want to be involved,
