I purchased what they call a X10 security system to find out that the systems that they are selling only work until the 30 day are up and done and then you are done. They will no return your money for the broken products they sell. Help you if you purchased the system for your mother or father that may have fallen and can't get up, if they push the button they will still be there on the floor or if they are using it to keep unwanted guest out.  X10 know this so remove the X10 signs from your windows because that unwanted guest will know its OK to go in.

That one year warranty to replace the units is as far as they go, by replacing a broken one with another.  I have had the same problems as listed as everyone since 2003, nothing has change with them, now they are praying on the elderly. They don't care as I found out quick and fast I wish I would have came here first. I don't think I will be the last. They don't keep to their word , the product does not work as stated, if what you purchased doesn't work after the first return then you are out of luck.

After talking with Jon at X10 I was told by him that I will get a email to return my product in 48 hours guess what still looking for it two weeks later. Forget about calling to talk with someone you will be put on hold forever before you talk with anyone, then if you do get anyone you are better off listing to music while waiting.
