XANE WEB SOL, Xane International, LLC. I hope this report prevents anyone else from becoming a victim of this company XANE WEB SOL. They will call you up and say they are with Microsoft Windows and that there is a problem with your computer. Please do not allow these people to remotely acces Misrepresented themselves as Microsoft Windows computer technicians Riversville West Virginia

Xane International called and said they were Microsoft Windows computer techs and was calling to let me know that there was some problems with my computer.  They gain access to your computer remotely and make it look as if they are repairing all the errors they have found on your computer, but what they are really doing is setting you up for the kill.  They will ask for money so that you will have further access to what you think they can provide you with.  They are actually infecting your computer, not fixing it.  I've since found out that Microsoft never calls you - you always contact them if you have a problem. 

I don't know why my antennia was not up on this one, maybe it was and I ignored it, but don't you become a victim like I did. That's why I'm writing this, in hopes of preventing someone else from falling prey to this scam.  After giving them $299 for lifetime computer services, they had the gall to call me back three weeks later to say they did not receive the $299 and wanted me to Money Gram them the $299, to India no less; that's right to India.  They said somehow the credit card company had charged the debit back to my account, but it was not in my account yet but would or should show up in 5 business days. 

I was to send them the money within hours or my license to use Microsoft would no longer be valid and my computer would shut down. My computer did shut down but not because of Microsoft, but because of something they did to my computer.  I'm writing this from the local library as I no longer have access to my computer, until the real Microsoft tech makes another attempt to get my computer working again.  Please don't fall for this bull, because that's exactly what it is.  The FBI should investigate these people and put them away for a long time.  It is so sad what is becoming of this world.  Don't let this happen to you.  I'm going to put this out in every way I know.  This type of activity must be stopped!
