xapo.com xapo.com locked my bit coins can't remove them. Internet

my bit coins are frozen. xapo.com froze them. i can not with draw them.

http://xapo.com/ is a scam! do not use them. my bit coins are frozen and i can not remove them! it says every phone # I own is not valid and I can not remove my funds with out a valid phone #. They have found out a way to flag any account they wish to so it says every # you have is not valid or there is a problem.  There system will block every # I have right down the my land line and cell phone #. It will say this ( We are unable send you a verification code to this phone number at this moment, please try again later. ) every time when you contact customer support  they refuse to help and tell me I need another phone # I have given them 7 phone numbers now and all 7 phone numbers will not work. I think they have flagged my account so i can not with draw any bit coins on perpouse purpose. What a good way to get your bit coins frozen deposit them here or buy them here. If you want them to be frozen. I was told that bit coins can not be frozen but they shore found a way to do it. My at&t phone  did not work for them my ooma phone did not work my family phone numbers for there land lines homes dont work. I have wasted time trying 7 numbers and have given up.
