This company lies to customers, promising service they won't provide, avoids customers once lease agreements are signed, don't tell customers that once they sign the lease, they are obligated for the whole lease. Their equipment is substandard and will sell/lease equipment to a customer as new when it is used and in bad shape.
They also mistreat employees with verbal abuse and derogatory comments (racial, political, sexist) and do not follow the state of TN nor the Federal Dept of Labor laws. The company is heavily nepotistic, most employees are related to the owners and they do not treat employees equally.
Do yourself a favor - go with RJ Young, or someone reliable!

I agree 100% with the complaint filed. I too am the victim of Xerox Nashville promising good customer service. However, once the contract was signed, they will not return my repeated phone calls and am now stuck with a 5 year contract on a poor quality copier. I was told by account manager Jerry Gibbs that any time during my contract, I could easily transfer it to someone else who would resume my contract.
