We never rented a car to a Susan in Santa Monica first of all nor did we have any issues with a Susan in Santa Monica with one of our vehicles, so if this person truly wants to confront us about a serious issue with us, why hide? We keep copies of all of our contracts and reservation forms on file for reasons such as these.

On the other hand we did rent this car to a Laurent Frenzel who is really the one writing this post, as we have tracked this down to him.  The truth of the matter is, this person took possession of our vehicle, acknowledged that he would be responsible for the vehicle if he damaged it. After leaving our garage Laurent Frenzel drove speeds of 122mph+ on highways where the legal speed limits are 75mph (we have tracking systems on all of our cars and have proof of all of this) then he backed into someone with our Lamborghini or someone backed in to him, unfortunately we will never know the real truth about this, then tried to get out of paying for damages he caused to our vehicle. I have pictures of the car and what he did in damages to our vehicle. He caused serious damage which put our vehicle out of operation for weeks due to his neglect and abused our vehicle. It is sad that people think they can fly into the US, and feel that they do not have to obey our laws and damage our property just to flee out of here the next day back to their country.  I would be happy to email pictures of both before and the after math of the vehicle being damaged from this person, as well as speed alerts for whoever would like to see them. We have also hired an attorney to try to ban this person from ever driving on our roads again, driving 122+ on a highway is reckless, dangerous and can kill.
