Nice place to be a renter. Not a good community to buy. The Canadians are not welcome. The finances of the association are in bad shape. Before considering buying, I suggest you speak with several other owners before, not only the real estate agent. Condos are selling at a good price. There are reasons. You should do your home work before investing in that community.

 Treating you like they did is unacceptable and unfair. The Canadians have always been good people.
