this is what happen ...they posted a violin for bidding and i won but unfortunately they dont send it to you...here  below are their emails and computer generated mails.when i check the status of my item its gone in the listing...this is criminal i need help for a free lawyer to sue this company

i have come up to track down the number you gave me...and the office of the usps where you supposedly drop the item...the post office told me that you never had any item or package deliver or given to them except giving the online number.so this means that the item i have won technically did not leave your place....i have my recorded voice conversation to the usps.so please i am asking you to send me the item as soon as possible. or not only slapping you an open case in EBAY but to open a fraud case against you and your company.In your county court. i got your company name, address here at new jersey....dont let this things happen. I am a consumer that have my rights. i dont need your money...the time and effort I did is more than important. Again ..send The item I won.

you give me track number of this item but It wont appear in the usps.com finding ship tracking...I pay as soon the order was done last september 9, and you and me are just neighbor here at new jersey...today is sept. 17...and still im trying to track down the item yet again cant find it there said the usps.com... i am going to open a caqse if you will not explain and work this out.. i was expecting that this would be easy shipment for you..coz we are almost neighboor..poor shipment management from you.
