Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Our head of house hold lost his job we got behind on rent for the first month we got sent to court and charged us 200 more for court cost Which court is only 156 we got so behind we went for our second month and now our balance is 1,200 and there trying to take Our home which is valued at 5,000 this is a total rip off there very demanding in wanting there money but never help out when you need it don't buy or rent from them find something better

What you actually meant to say is that you shouldn't move to this place if you have no intention of paying your rent.
Because you see contrary to what you may think this company is not a charity. They are actually under no obligation to "help you out" if you need it. So yes, because of your failure(for what ever reason) they took the legal steps they are allowed to do.
Oh and as for finding someplace better, you will be hard pressed to find another place that wouldn't do the exact same thing.
