Yigal Mesika refuses to honor the warranties on his products. We received Yigal's products, and they were defective, out of the box. We contacted his company and were instructed to return the products for replacements. We inquired several weeks later and Mesika Magic claimed to have not received the returns. We provided the tracking and proof of delivery. Mesika Magic now refuses to respond or replace their defective products. These products are covered by his manufacturers warranties. I am outraged at his refusal to honor the warranties on his products.

The cover slip to his products say "Made in the USA", the product inside the slip says "Made in China". Yigal advertises his products as "Made in the USA". when in fact they are not.

This manufacturer lies about where his products are made. The warranties he offers on his products are worthless.

We had to jump through all kinds of hoops to get Mesika Magic to honor their warranty. Yigal constantly lied to us. It was months before they finally did the right thing and honored the warranties on their defective products, and only after we got the State of California involved.

As far as his claims about "70% of his Spider Pen being Made in the USA"...that is absolutly false. The pen itself is made in China. That is the product itself...MADE IN CHINA whic is 90% of what you get. The pen is cheap and breaks easily. This is just another example of Yigal lying to and ripping off the consumer.

The rest of his rant, we will not even address as it is ridiculous.

Here is a manufacturer that lies about where his product is manufactured, and refuses to replace his broken Chinese crap. Deal with Mesika Magic at your own risk.

To Whom it May Concern:

It appears Bill Groome is unhappy with the way he feels he has been dealt with. Unfortunately, besides Bill Groome not following our company policy; he has made it a point to defame and attack my business over the past 3 years. He has littered forums with unfair criticisms and attacks that are untrue.

He accuses of an agenda, when in reality we feel he has had one for the past two years originally stemming from an issue we had with him when he sold counterfeit items of our products. At that time we sent him a letter from our attorney and even the well known distributor Murphy’s Magic refused to continue doing business with Bill Groome’s MadHatter Magic (Magic Shop). We believe this gave him reason for further resent.

 

Our history with Bill Groome is listed as follows:

In his email dated November 25, 2011 he admitted to selling fakes, albeit unintentionally. Refer to Emails Dated between Novermber 22, 2011 to November 25, 2011.

 

2. He then justified breaking prices because he was unable to do business with our main distributor. He was barred from working with both parties because of his unethical business practices (selling counterfeits, breaking prices, libel on forums, etc.) and now he is going out of his way trying to create false statements.

 

3.  In response to his attack on us misleading our consumers to believe our products are created in China.             He wants us to remove the MADE IN USA, but we are in our legal right to have this as over 70% of our product is made and assembled in the USA. His issue with this is clearly just left from his initial anger over the defective product which we replaced and sent him a new ones We took care of his defective item and to our knowledge there is nothing else left to do from here on out.
