YMAX Communications people I spoke to: Mr Defauser (sp?); Walter O'Brian Claimed they were from GE (General Electronics) Offered a loan of $2000.00 with 10% interest = tot $2200.00 Wash DC

I was contacted by phone from a representative of General Electronics regarding an installment loan of $2000.00 with 10% interest = total loan $2200.00, paid back w/i 24 months.  Additional I had to buy insurance of $91.16 which was to cover any non-payment w/i the first three months,  To pay for this insurance I had to go to Winn Dixie and get a Pay Power Reoladable Visa Prepaid Card.  I did not activate per insturctions.  I gave the caller the card number, expiration date and security code.  Was told the $2000.00 would be deposited to my account within a couple hours.  Needless to say, no deposit and I am out the $91.16 + 3.95 (cost of card).

I am prepared to contact the Better Business Bureau and FTC and whomever else can get me back my money and put these folks out of business!!!!
