My parents received a call from a number in DC 202-241-6204 asking them to call immediately in connection with IRS Tax Fraud.   They spoke with a very heavy accent.  I called them on behalf of my parents and actually spoke to someone who told me his name was Chester and I said Right! and my name is Gladys!    Did he think I was born yesterday!   I knew it was a scam off the bat because I was being called in a similar manner but not tax fraud, mine had to do with a payday loan which I never took!   So I told him that I knew this was a scam and that they would be reported to the police.    I can't believe these people trying to rip off innocent people!    I hope they are caught and shut down!
