My Wife agreed to try three products from Yoli on advice from an in-law.  Specifically stating that it was a trial for us.  We were charged for that package , $331.74 on March 7th 2016.

This person did not ask us to confirm or acknowledge re-billing or any re-ordering or any membership agreements. This third party (in law) had no legal right to act on our behalf.

we did not sign ,

we did not check a box on a website,

we did not visit a website ,

we did not receive a fax ,

We did not in any way authorize more charges or even join any program. On March 30th we were charged another $331.74,

We called Yoli to ask what the charge was for ( Yloi Inc on Bank Statement) , the person at Yoli said that Yoli did not actually charge our card but it was the Rep that charged us and Yoli was simply acting as the processor. I told the woman at Yoli we wanted a refund and told her not to ship us anything as we did not authorize any charges, we did not want more product , this woman said " Call your Bank and dispute the charges" , this was the support from Yoli told us to do ! She said Yoli would not refund any money. Yoli let a third party speak for us regarding charges on our card, we signed nothing , there was no verbal agreement , no website visited.

We have moved forward with a fraudulent charge refund with our bank as Yoli suggested.

Other items of concern, Yoli said to simply log onto the website and cancel any memberships, the website does not allow this, instead people wishing to cancel are prompted to call their Rep for any cancel request.  These are simply re-billing tactics , they want to charge a customer then make it very hard to get refunds.

After tracking down the third party (in law), she eventually (after the fact) faxed us a a membership document. There is no signature from us or anything showing we agreed to any memberships. The document does state "Mark your calendar four weeks after initial order if you wish to change any products before auto re-order"  If their policy is to charge cards and ship every 4 weeks , why were we charged 23 days after the first order? The whole indecent stinks of fraud and misuse of customers payment methods.

In conclusion, we did not join, sign or verbally agree to any membership or agreement. Yoil took our credit card info from a third party and charged our card at will and then told us to do a charge back , offering no legitimate customer support. Even going so far as to tell us they did not charge us. These are very suspect business practices.
