now i want to know how does a judge not obey theI.W.C.A IWCA laws and then make rulings on someone in another state who dodnt go to court? the bottom line on all this is ..judge basha did not follow IWCA guidelines at all and gives sole custody to someone with that kind of a record and she in another state? i just dont see it do the calif laws he ruled om apply to somebody in another state that didnt go to court? i went to tulsa but could not locate her but i know now she is at a place called D.V.I.S. and they got her in an undisclosed place. but i found out anyway shes resides in a gated community apt. complex part of DVIS and wont call or anything . i am tempted to go back there(thats where i grew up) to my own back yard and just take my sons and leave her there.
THIS IS TO JUDGE BASHA AND ALL THE COS PEOPLE ...YOU HAVE DONE RIPPED APART AN NATIVE AMERICAN FAMILY AND PUT MY BOYS INTO REAL DANGER BECAUSE OF HER RECORD THAT YOU ALL KNEW ABOUT JUST TO GET YOUR PAYCHECK... me being of crazy horse decent will not stand back idely and let this go on you know she lost 6 other children to cps in the past which idid not know about .if i have to give mylife for my people then thats what i have to do just cause i am native. you are trying to keep me down just as throughtout history. but once in a great while there is one that will stand and deliver and that native is me. SO BE IT AHOA GRANDFATHER KEEP WATCH OVER MY SONS UNTIL THE DAY I GET THEM
