FROM A RECENT FORMER EMPLOYEE:

When you are hired, you are told that every person calling in is calling a wrong number. Later we realize that people are calling American Express, Social Security, Food Stamps, Chase Bank, etc.  How are they reaching us at 855-482-7335?

Later we learn they have a system for intercepting calls meant for these companies.  We find this out when every other day we get no phone calls because there is a "problem" with the server.  Funny, all the offices have the same problem, at the same time.

When hired, you fill out forms from EMP3, a payroll company that is hired by Jacolyn Shaifer, to mask her lies.  You are hired and told you are an independent contractor for Caribbean Cruise Lines.  The script you are given tells consumers you work for the company that owns the ship they are sailing on.

CLARIFICATION:

Celebration Cruise Lines owns the Bahamas Celebration Cruise Ship.  Caribbean Cruise Lines is a wholesaler of cruises and travel.  YOLO Marketing is an office that employs people to sell "free" cruises and vacations on behalf of Caribbean Cruise Lines.

YOLO Marketing is owned by Jackie Schaeffer (not the way she spells it on www.Sunbiz.org).  Jacolyn Shaifer is the way she spells it now that she has had 7 previous company names under Jackie S. Shaifer.  She has moved more than twice when the heat is on.  She owned the office at 1802 N University Drive in Plantation, FL as well as the one at 101 Plaza Real South #206, Boca Raton, FL

Talk to any former or current employee for that matter and they will tell you the same.  

In my opinion and the opinion of 8 other employees, this woman needs to be put out of business.  Phil Howland and Liz Shamal should both be put out as well.  These 3 people are shameless and don't care who they steal from.  They take money from the employees by never paying the proper amount.  We are hired at $9 an hour PLUS commission and then told it's versus commission.

Half of your deals always cancel and your check is never what it should be.  Drugs deals are abundant in her office and sometimes done on her very own telephone lines.

The script we had to use will be uploaded very soon and taken to the meeting with the FTC in the next few weeks.  We encourage you to hang up if your call is answered "Welcome to Caribbean Cruise Lines, I'm showing you've been transferred for a free cruise to the Bahamas, Is that correct?"

BEWARE Jacolyn, we are going to bring you down.  Enjoy that new Mercedes you bought using our stolen money while you can.  You can't drive behind bars.  The threat of your high powered lawyers mean nothing.  We are not the criminals, you are!
