Just by reading this information about Yolo Day Spa and Salon, it has made me think that this person is mentally sick and needs to admitt yourself to a Mental Hospital. Also, go back to school and learn how to write. You should be embrassed of yourself.. I have been going to this spa for over 3 years and everyone there is very clean and professional.. This happens to be one of my favorite salons for all my services. Ladies dont let this crazy lady disturb your talents and professionalism..

First of all I never missed a day. I limited my time because yes I had another job and the other job had no problem with my employment at Yokohama yolo had a problem with employees working other places . I never even spoke to anyone at the salon I was only harrassed . I was never rude my pay was illegally tampered with and the staff is as I described the owner cannot rebut the fact her salon is nasty or the towels are dirty or that I was harrassed as you can see riding the bus is an issue lol when I wasn't the the only bus rider :-) I have been recruited by several of her rivals and if it weren't for groupon no on would come into yolo. I can no use this as evidence of the slander that these people dish out . I have NEVER been rude to anyone and I never will I have too many character references to vouch for me . The owner cannot rebut the statements made about me by her staff or anything else just the personal attacks and the tampering with my pay . Yes it is illegal and it was done there is NO opportunity at yolo I never liked Jenny she is emotionaly unstable and was scary the person I was referring to was the female who has her own salon yet still comes to yours to make money from you once a week lol if I weren't a peofesssional I wouldn't be making a topography report is be acting like the rest of your staff . I've always been a team player wherever I worked as I said before you cannot say I ever said or did anything to your employees you had a personal issue with me your staff was bullying me and your salon is not clean especially the dirt discusting towels . I am so glad to have worked at yolo so I can avoid mistakes like that in the future I've learned that all that glitterd isn't gold and I am glad you lied and said I never showed for work because of the bus because its a lie and if you will libel me here in print your slandering me by mouth and this is what I wanted for you to expose yourself and say the lies that you and Jenny the full specialist have been telling about me .

I have never been late yet alone not come in . I have never been rude to anyone I'm too good for that. I don't work for dirty salons no matter where they are located . I don't let owners bash me . I don't tolerate bullying. Racism is wrong. Why be disgruntled you didn't even have the balls to fire me you just had your secretary say I was working around the corner and you didn't like it and that was after your staff actually followed me .... I have never experienced this level of treatment from a salon thank God for my education too bad using a smartphone causes typos But my position now is much more fullfilling in a class act establishment a place where cleanliness is paramount and professionalism is key to our success .

Instead of rebutting try to make changes its your business why not use this to better your business and yourself .

As you can tell from the horrible spelling and grammar, this previous team member is not a professional.   She did not work here for very long because of that.  And the actual truth was that she limited her own hours to just Sunday and would show up sometimes and sometimes not as she was getting to work on the bus.  She was never a team player and never was nice to anyone here.   She was honestly very rude and confrontational to everyone.  Then I found out that she was also working around the corner without letting me know, which is immediate grounds for termination.   As for keeping any money from her that is a complete lie and against the law.   She got all her commission and tips she was owed.  And the Jennifer that she likes has worked here on and off for three years, so it must not be anything like explained in the report.  Just a disgruntled ex-worker that lost a great opportunity to work at a successful salon on Park Avenue.
