After placing an order and recieving invoice, i heard nothing for 3 weeks..
The day of the order i was able to log in and track my purchase, however after 2 days, i was locked out of the system--no way to see status of the order.
The company offers online chat or phone #, but is only avialable 9-4 M-F, no weekend hours. After 3 weeks of waiting and attempting to log in, i left work to call they company, and discovered they canceled my order WITHOUT EVEN NOTIFYING ME! HORRIBLE!!!!!!
