It is hard to know where to begin because this company is so shady.  First off, they will promise you access to the records you are being charged for (phone calls), but their internet site Never works and you can never see the records.

Next, how their service works is that they re-assign Old used phone numbers to your site, up to a dozen or more, and so you get calls from the old companies customers and get charged for them.  We have a construction company, but we frequently get calls from people looking for a Toyota Dealership, looking for jobs, trying to sell us things, wrong numbers.... and it happens every single day!  YP will tell you that you should expect 85% good leads and 15% junk calls that they will not charge you for.  IT is the other way around...you will receive 15 % good leads if you are LUCKY, but mostly you will receive about 85% waste-of-time junk calls.  And YP will charge you $20 each for those junk calls.

No matter how many times you call them to get the site working, they always make excuses about why it is down and that they are working on it.  This has been going on for us for about 10 months so far and their site still does not work.  We deposited $1500 with them to get things rolling.  The $1500 is gone, and we have 10 actual leads (real people) to show from it, and only one sold job.  The rest of the calls were all junk.  The problem is that they are re-using old numbers and do not have a way to screen out the junk calls.  I would love to know if anyone is getting a class action suit against these guys going.  I don't like the idea of going against them alone.

One last thing... you better make sure they don't screw up your listing.  for several weeks they listed our company in the wrong category and that didn't help things either.
