Ypedia, LLC Barnaby & Wolfe Inc. PURPOSEFULLY MISLEADING, DECEPTIVE, AND YELLOW PAGES SCAM Atlanta Internet

As a new and small business, we recieved a letter from Ypedia, LLC. It purposefully disguised itself as the offical Yellow Pages company by using the same logo and writing "Yellow Pages Online Services" at the top of the letter. The letter offered a "free" listing of our company on the yellow pages website. We filled out the form and returned it to Ypedia thinking that the listing was free of charge, but in the terms and condition hid a $298 charge for the listing. We were not aware of this because Ypedia decptively advertised its services as free. 

Couple of months later, Barnaby and Wolfe Inc contacted us to collect $361 for the price of the listing and late fees. We were completely surprised because we thought the listing was free. Not only was it not free, but it wasn't even the offical yellow pages company! Barnaby and Wolfe is saying that it is collecting the money on behalf of Ypedia and that they are willing to settle for a smaller amount if I pay up as soon as possible. We are not going to pay any of it, and we are going to fight this scam. I have already made a complaint with my state's Office of Consumer Protection. I am going to contact Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and any other institution that will shut down this horrible company. It is a complete scam and is tricking people to give up their hard earned money. I urge everybody not to pay this company and not to fall for its deceptive advertising.
