Dear Translator;


You would have received a PO before commencing the project you referenced in this complaint. Said PO would have indicated to you payment terms by which payment was to have been made after completion and delivery. You were not paid because of a very bad translation which ended up incurring losses. This is the way we do business if, in fact, you did receive a PO from me with the letter head. Futhermore, projects are always posted by me, but only the chosen translator recieves a PO which is the go ahead to start the project. You took it upon yourself that you had been chosen for the project and went a head and delivered a bad translation and then demand payment for it.

This unsubstantiated complaint is very unprofessional and the fact that you have no PO to support the complaint also shows how professional you are. Do you even have a PO?

If you are not even professional enough to have documented PO along with this complaint, then it is clear to everyone why you would be writing such a complaint...simply unprofessional.
