Zarbock Automotive & Trans Ruined engine Victoria Texas

This company replaced my head gaskets.  I brought back to shop almost immediately because the check engine light came on.  I was told that it was due to a bad O2 sensor.  We replaced that and check engine light came back on.  Brought it back again, they said it was just because it needs to be driven for a little bit to get all the junk out after head gasket was replaced. 

A month later light still on, brought to Orilleys first this time- they said code was for multiple cylinders misfires.  Brought it back to shop was told they reset the code drove it around the block and sensor never came back on.  Open hood and engine cover was not on it (didn’t realize my husband had taken it off so they couldn’t make up a charge for time to take it off), I told them it was missing.  They said they didn’t touch it, brought me back to there video camera room (they have 8 video cameras) to show me how they moved it from where I parked it to front of garage so they couldn’t have removed it.  I informed them they had told me they drove it around the block.

They had their own video proving they didn’t drive it at all just reset the sensor.  They said they would need to keep it for a few days to actually inspect it.  I informed them I would bring it to a reputable garage to have it inspected then get back with them.

When I brought it to dealership, they found that it had jumped time and bent the valves.  When I in formed Zarbocks they refused to honor their warranty stating that it was our fault because we drove it with engine light on.  When I tried to remind them what they told me about it staying on while all the junk clears out they denied.
