Well this woman thats an assistant manager i think she is always telling me that i am gonna get fired if i dont stay out in the dining area even when were slow, and i have a bad foot so it hurts to stand still or have nothing to do. i do everything i am suppose to do even more, i come in early or on time everyday and check everything before i leave.
i just really wish someone could let this woman know its aggravting. she even wants to cut my hours back and my ride doesnt show until 430pm or so and i live at least 20 mins from my job i cant work til only 2 its not worth my time or effort only 3 hours of my time and it would pretty much be wasted.
i am trying to get out on my own but at this rate i wont e able to unless something changes or i get a different job. thanks
