ziebart My sister took her less than a year old SUV at the direction of Kitty VanBortel to take the care to Ziebart and have it looked at. My sister is hard of hearing and is 65 years old . She ended up wit Rochester, New York

My 65 year old sister took her SUV to the Ziebart place on Lyell Ave because she was trying to follow all the rules that Kitty Van Bortel  Co. said she needed to do to keep her car in top shape.    My sister is hard of hearing.  They were rude, said she needed this, this and this and that.  Hollered at her for not having mud flaps.  She ended up with a $3200.00 bill ffrom these rip off "Italian" owned company.  She has no paperwork showing that she authorized all this work.  We will be contacting Corporate Ziebert.  We will be contacting Kitty Van Bortel herself and the Attorney General to report this.  Someone needs to make a compromise.  

Nobody takes advantage of my sister!!!!!!
