ZipTax online DECEIVERS!!!! Will promise anything to get you, a face to face w\ associate ,security, $4ooo,to get get money leveed.??? Newport Beach California

We were called by Ziptax.i explained my employer owed back taxes and had 3 unfiled years. I thought our prairs were answered.WE talked extensivly .The salesperson was great.the cost was 4500 but if i payed by monday i could save 500. I didn't realize at first this was all on line. i didn' own a computer and emailing , ididn;t know how. As i started to back out he assured me it wasn;t necessary. Itold him I knew next to nothing about taxes and i had to have at least one face to face meeting. Just as soon as we get your money and you sign some forms we will have someone in your area contact you and go over everything with you. we take care of everything.                                         

The day i was to send the money he called 12 times.I still had 30 minutes to send it. i finally said if you would quit callin i might be able to do something. First they got his ss# wrong, then they had us as married. Next my name was spelled wrong. obvivously i don't own a fax machine and they had information forms that needed to be filled out. I was paying 1$ a page to fax and just 1 form was 25 pages. So they mailed them. my employer had a heart attack on august 21 and my neighbor and friend died on the 22.I had just received my packet from ziptax. I never received the first one they sent so imagine my surprise when i hear that the papers needed to be finished in 3 days or we might lose our money.I have to admit i didn't handle that well.I was told it would take 6 months at least. And it wasn't my fault they forgot to mail the papers the first time so they arrived in my time of crisis. I asked Stephnie to get an extextion. She already had.Time was almost up. October 7 2013 our check gets leveed.Stephie assured us when the gov. opened back up she would get the levee lifted and his money returned. that hasn't happened yet. Idon't even know if Mike got us an extension,he didn;t call back as he promised.Nor did he return my call from this morning.                   

Well i need to go finish my taxes because I fill like they are waiting to see if i'm late and then they can say it was my fault. Also Stephnie said she never even spoke to my employer and refuses to answer our calls or to show us anything proving she is talking to the irs. If anyone has some advise on getting this resolved I would appreciate it. This is causing alot hardship ,pain and suffering to us.
