 Zoom Tan has a "No Refund" policy in which they will take your money and "leave it on your account" even if you don't use the service(s) your payment was intended for.

This company made me pay up front to put money on my little sisters account. She didn't have time to spray before her wedding, so she didn't use the service in which I paid for and when I called for a refund they flat out refused.

Terrible company and terrible way to run a business. Don't ever let them charge you for anything or you'll never see the money again, even if you never used the service(s).

Jess called late on the night of Dec 5th and said she was working and could not get into the store.  She wanted to buy her sister Sara one spray tan for her wedding.   Sara was going to come in later that day and use it. I made an exception for her to sell her a prepaid spray tan over the phone.  Her sister never came it to use it so Jess was given a credit to her account and she used that credit towards her next months payment.  

Zoom Tan does give refunds to unused packages or sessions.  Our system would not allow us to refund the money since this payment was taken over the phone.   The system dosent allow refunds to purchases made without a card swipe to avoid fraudulent refunds.  We did the next best thing and gave her a full credit back to her profile which she has already used.  These websites make it too easy for customers to say whatever they want without repercussion!
