Complaint Review: zoomusa
zoomusa sold me a refurbished laptop that don't work totally inoperable. will not refund my money. continue to lie to me also giving me the run around. they refuse to reimburse me my money back for shipping back their inoperable laptop after telling me they would. they hardly ever answer the phone during normal operation and have not returned my calls after leaving messages. I requested a refund and they said they will upgrade my computer and I'm still waiting on the replacement that I have a tracking number too and when I didn't receive it on the date it should have arrived. fed ex told me they never pick the package up, so I'm wondering how did I ever get a tracking number if they never got the package. to top everything off the man I spoke to kept interrupting me and wouldn't allow me to complete my sentence or statements. I am writing to request a refund of my money that I have yet to receive my property.
I am also filing a complaint with or against sears and your 3rd party vendor zoomusa.
On march 27. 2014 8:47 pm I made a purchase of a dell latitude d620 laptop order#2354631. It was found to be defective and inoperable. At that time I requested a refund but zoomusa policy is no fefund. Now I understand what policies mean. I also understand what a contract mean as I have not entered any contracts with zoomusa or sears. I would have nevered made a purchase from Any dealers that does not give refunds of my hard earned finances.
I have been constantly lied to and repeatedly been given the run around. I've spoken to at least 20 different persons requarding this matter, all to no avail.
I have to say that this situation has caused me a great deal of pain, stress, pressure and alot of other negative feeling. It is almost 2 months that I made this purchase and I still don't have my property or returned money. My daughter has been unable to do her school work as well as I have been unable to do any business.
So everyone is telling me there's nothing they can do about it. What ever happened to the customer is always right.
Unless I recieve a refund immediately I will never shop with sears again. I will make sure to spread the word to my friends especially my friends that shop at sears. And I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I will file a complaint with anyone that will listen. I am also contacting an attorney to see if I can sue sears And zoomusa for the services I did or didn't receive.
ALL I'M BEGGING FOR IS A REFUND OF MY MONEY.
