Zoosk pretends to provide the best matches in your area with free access, but it's not true. You need to pay to start any conversations with people and depending on how often you "search" and interact, you get points towards how popular you are. Want to be more popular? BUY some coins..that costs you. Want to send a present? BUY some coins...that costs you. Almost anything you want to do once you join costs more money, but that's not all.
Your search is based on a 100 mile radius, and you must manually "modify" your search everytime you go in unless you're willing to meet someone 100 miles away. That's not all. They don't measure accurately. A person in my state was measured at being 26 miles away when in fact it was more like 35.
They also send you folks that they "did research" on that they feel would be a match to you and they have been two states away from me....2 STATES!
I've written to them many times and all I get is an apology.....this place is full of crap and you can't get your money back. The final thing....got a search from them yesterday...I'm saving it. On the list of all the folks that Zoosk feels is a match, ther was a MAN listed on it.

In order to assure the best results in your search:
- Keep the name short & simple, and try different variations of the name.
- Do not include ".com", "S", "Inc.", "Corp", or "LLC" at the end of the Company name.
- Use only the first/main part of a name to get best results.
- Only search one name at a time if Company has many AKA's.
