Direct information about buying rent-to-own homes in preforclosures without any credit check and just $199 to get you into the home. Homes were listed that you can get connected to through the financial institution. They only give you a list that never changes but that takes a few days to find out.

They have no relationship and no financial funding. I have been in real estate for 30 years and asked all the right questions. They had all the right answers, but lied from beginning to end.

Anchor house financial is the only reason someone with my sorry ass American credit owns a house. They hooked me up and I think you should know what the hell your talking about, lenders hell yes they work with them, you should see my file alone, you have no ground for saying what you say, they have helped me out of my rental nightmare and made my apartment woes a thing of the past. Call them they will give you a lender near you, they gave me like 5 leads to call and I live in a Podunk town.

This company sounds a little fishy to me. Especially the rebuttals listed, one says owner, and the other says consumer, both from socalsweatheart. This dosnt make sence. Ill keep my $199!

This company gave me several lenders that would deal with my credit history. They were kind and curtious and never gave me a reason to question what they were helping me with . I did end up with a house within 60 days....So whoever thinks otherwise was definatly misinformed

Anchor house isnt a scam, I worked for them all thru high school. They are really nice people. "They only give you a list that never changes but that takes a few days to find out." that I know 100% is not true. I worked for months at a time 6 days a week updating the listings. They update them 7 days a week, the owners daughters would do the listings on sundays when I had my day off. "They have no relationship and no financial funding" They work with lenders all over America, I could pull up my old email and have the emails of atleast 400 lenders and RE agents across the USA that know and work with Anchor House Financial. I just got my new laptop set up at my new dorm room, a little board in a new city so I googled my old employer and found this B**l S**t on the net about them from a so called real estate pro. If you are a agent then why do you care about them? When I worked for anchor other companies would bash them on the net in attemps to gain buisnees for themselves. Ok its late Im now angry and sleepy. CAll the Customer Service # on the website if you dont beleive me, jus tdont beleive the Weenie who started this forum, they are full of it,

I have singed up with Anchor house Financial, did pay the $199 fee requested, and SO FAR SO GOOD, All the e-mails I sent, all the messages I left has been responded. The process of getting the house isn't easy, but that has nothing to do with their costumer service Yesterday I had a list, and today I have a different one, so that means that they do update their system. Before putting anything online or believing on what you hear here Check for your self.
