Century 21 Real Estate Corporation mortgage is a ripoff. Im paying to lock in percentage rate. They are riping off a disabled widow. The agents drag feet for time to run out on lockin rate. They are a deceptive company located in mount laurel, nj, but no physical address.

I paid $350.00 to lock in a 6.25% interest rate. Agents drag there feet or report the property you are interested in has an offer that has been accepted. went to another agency. New agency discovers other offer not yet accepted. Lock in expires 6/1/2002.not enough time to get to closing in time to take advantage of lock in.

Grandmother on widows disability scammed by Century 21. Also, if it is a repo or forecloser, bank demands all repairs to proprty be done before signing of papers! In other words only {the rich} cash offers accepted!
