Chris Ryan Haddock and his parents Brenda and Bernard Jackson of Largo/Clearwater Florida will pull a classical renters scam on you. They will pay 1 month rent then squat and refuse to pay any further. When you try to evict them they lie to the courts and obtain a 'Emergency stay of writ of posession' which allow them to stay up to a year RENT FREE. They did this and lived rent-free for 30 months, or 2 1/2 years until final eviction on 7/22/2011! Why they do not apply for Section 8 is not known.

Yes these people lived 30 months without paying a dime in rent to anyone. As retaliation to being evicted in July 2011, Chris Ryan Haddock has created false retalitory reports on this site as revenge for being thrown out. See RipoffReport #'s 486419 and 765321. This man is a monster!
 
Brenda and Bernard are not felons so pass background checks, though when their mentally deranged son Chris Ryan Haddock moves in all hell breaks loose. Police are called all the time, false reports and 'great stories' of how cruel you are for harassing them trying to evict them. These false reports are then used against you despite no valid proof except their 'word', which is worthless. Chris Ryan Haddock has over 20 financial judgements against him from the courts in Pinellas County.
 
Chris Ryan Haddock knows the laws very well, as has been the subject of nearly a dozen Domestic/Repeat Violence injunctions. His M.O. as the attacker is to intimidate his victims, and when the victims seek an injunction against him he harasses them to no end despite the law. Over two dozen victims have been hurt due to this man.
 
Chris Ryan Haddock has 30+ cases of being arrested and/or convicted in multiple States of everything from stealing electricity, phone service, grand theft, phone harassment, personal harassment, writing bad checks,Domestic and Repeat Violence,  will set apartment fires to claim victim status. He spent 3 years in prison for stealing others personal information to obtain credit cards/cash. Do not let his powerful presentation fool you. Chris Ryan Haddock has not worked a day in his life or possess a drivers license. At 37 years old this shows how good of a liar he is to have gone so long.
 
Never ever let this man obtain your phone number or address or he will trash you on the internet, set up phony accounts and plaster your good name into all kinds of 'people finder' databases. He will then set up a vonage account to use your phone number to make false 9-1-1 calls, then send police to bang on your door with unsubstantiated claims which wastes everybodys time. All because Chris Ryan Haddock did not get what he wanted to live free. He is a monster!
 
These people will sweet talk you, sign documents, make promises and then drain you bank account as you lose rental income while you try to evict them. Chris Ryan Haddock will eventually end up in any residence of Brenda and Bernard Jackson so the easiest way to prevent being screwed is to never ever rent to them. Don't risk your bank account or waste legal fees - NEVER EVER RENT TO THESE PEOPLE.
