Fast Flip Real Estate (H. Roger Neal) Program purchased has option contracts which are illegal in Indiana per the Real Estate attorney I contacted. Midvale Utah

I have contacted Fast-Flip Office on several occasions concerning the fact that I can not use the Option Contract,nor their other contracts,Cognivent Clause, etc., in my state of Indiana according to the advice of a Real Estate Attorney because they are Illegal in my state. The attorney also informed me that in Indiana to do as the course outlined took a real estate license. Every time someone from their organization does contact me they always seem to direct me to yet another person, but no one is able to address the issue. They also promise to return calls but fail to do so. I good example of this is on Nov 23, 2004 they left me a voice mail message saying they would call back on Monday, Nov. 29th, but they failed to do so.

During one phone call I placed to them, I was referred by one of their office staff to write Customer Relations with what the issue was and request a refund. I did this and still have gotten no where.

I feel their course is very misleading and not doable. I was mislead into believing that I could use their course and all materials including their contracts to my advantage in my state to earn my investment of $10,000 back. Well as I stand right now I can't see any way of ever doing that unless I would do it Illegally.

I expected Fast-Flip had done its homework by making sure the contracts could be used in all states, but I know differently now. During our initial contact they also promised there were other areas to use their program to make money, but now our "coach" has told me that this is not possible unless I have more money to invest, no one told us that these other areas took more investment when I signed up.
