For a company called nova gold, Pico rivera plaza....He rents to people and does side deals......We rented from fred...and we had to give him 2 thousand dollars under the table......Worst Landlord !!! we called and complained to better biz bureau......They  are investigating. Uses the line,,,,My wife is dying i need money !!!!! i Heard him say that to a tenant !!!!! A Real D***he bag,,,,,And Then would tell The staff that he was getting massages on the side because his old lady could not do it !!!!!
