Almost two months after my initial request for a refund I still have not received one from HomeAccessUsa.com. I have received e-mails from their customer service representative Mitch who insists a refund has been issued, but my bank account would beg to differ.

Perhaps the most irritating thing about the issue is that the company has the audacity to claim on the Better Business Bureau's website that they in fact have issued me a refund.

This company is not worth the headache and don't be fooled by Mitch's faux British accent, she is nothing but a con artist. Avoid HomeAccessUsa.com!!!
