UPDATE FOR PELICAN COVE PRIVATE RESIDENCES San Carlos Sonora Mexico

Last report from the development was they were trying to get construction financing, even holding talks with the federal government to provide construction management for a large-scale fresh water infrastructure project as part of a partnership that would allow Pelican Cove to receive funds to build the project with. 

This may be so, and perhaps a long shot, although us as investors thought they always had financing in place.

The end result is no money, not even one dime of the deposits are left and Dave Jacques & Pete Spencer of Calgary are gone.....Bad Bad investment I suggest anyone wanting to purchase any property to do your due diligence first... the investors were all to trusting in these two people especially due to them living in our own province of Alberta.

This is definately a bad situation for San Carlos, Sonora Mexico.
