Please report any suspected illegal activites of fraud, illegal foreclosure, illegal title recording, kickbacks, embezzlement, etc. to FBI Las Vegas (702) 385-1281 & Internal Revenue Service.

PHIL FRINK works in cohoots with HOA ATTORNEY GAYLE KERN & EUGENE BURGER of EUGENE BURGER MANAGEMENT (who was previously criminally indicted on nearly 50 criminal counts of fraud, kickbacks, money laundering).

PHIL FRINK has recorded a FALSE NOTICE OF DEFAULT on my FANNIE MAE property. I have advised property authorities.

Is FRAUD PHIL FRAUD someone you want to do business with - if so, he is a big liability and you are asking for costly litigation. Ask yourself if it's worth it?

Reno and Nevada already have a bad reputation in the national media; a talk with home insurers confirms people and businesses are fleeing Reno and Nevada.  These shocking behaviors by Reno businesses and Nevada public employees give a further black-eye to Reno and Nevada which are increasingly becoming and known as A Blighted Ghost-town and State.  GENE BURGER, EUGENE BURGER MANAGEMENT Company, Phil Frink & Associates, and The Law Office of Gayle A. Kern have been notorious for years for their RESPA violations, mortgage fraud, extortion, blackmail, civil rights violations, foreclosure fraud, money laudering, income tax evasion, abuses, perjury, false documents, and sewer service yet have never been held acountable for their illegal and unethical behaviors due to corruption - they pay bribes.
