Do NOT ever rent an apartment or do business with Floyd Nassif or his uncle Sabin Nassif. They rent slum-quality apartments in the Hollywood CA area. They will let themselves into your apartment when you are not home. They have no regard for state laws regarding building codes or unlawful entry. They are complete racists and will harrass you if you are a person of color or if you have African Americans or Hispanics as guests in you home. They will harrass you nonstop about every little thing until you can't stand it any more and move out. The apartments are totally substandard and the air conditioning, plumbing, refridgerator, etc. don't work. They will refuse to fix anything. When the time comes to move they will pocket your security deposit and threaten to kill you if you ask for it back. Renting an apartment from them was a complete nightmare. Floyd Nassif is a drug addict and alcoholic who poses as a loan officer but all he does is get drunk and high all day on his family's money. He is a complete degenerate and has a violent streak. He bragged about having mafia connections and Sabin bragged about having people in city government paid off. Renting an apartment from them was a complete nightmare and we never got last month's rent or or deposit back because we had to move out early and we left the state.
