My husband and I have been trying to get our escrow refund from The
Money Store for three weeks. They had 45 days to mail us our refund

(It's now on day 69 since we closed on the sale of our home). A
great majority of that refund was a payment they held in a
suspended account because it was short a quarter!

The reason it was short a quarter was because we didn't get a
statement that month (which happened very often) and they failed
to inform us our escrow payment had been raised.

They cost us an extra 100 dollars or so by holding our payoff check
for a week because they still had not attempted to post our
previous payment.
They said, thing is that I worked for this company on and off for
nearly 5 years. I know there is a federal agency out there I can
report them to but don't know which one. If anyone can help please
email me at
Lkrist2864@aol.com.

I really don't want to see this happen to others!
