Worldwide Timeshares no one returns calls not the way to run a business at all ripoff Orlando Florida

October 2002, I was contacted by someone at Worldwide Timeshares, 1-800-438-1126, "Alicia" asking about my timeshare and selling it. She told me that her company was a different timeshare company and works hard until they sell the timeshare and they really put down (((ROR redacted competitor's name))) where I already had it listed. She promised to stay in touch, to contact me frequently and would never ignore me, etc., and would work hard for me.

Well, I gave her my $$ and unfortuntely, she never called again. Since 2002, I called frequently. These past two months, I have called over and over again and am told to "call after 1:00." I even leave messages and to no avail do I get a phone call back. One time someone answered the phone and they were so rude and I told them I could not get anyone to check on my timeshare, she said, "well call customer service" and gave me the number of 1-407-855-0122, this number is disconnected and I cannot get anyone. I looked up their business on Better Business Bureau and cannot believe the complaints about them. Whenever I call the toll-free number, it is answered by "timeshares" and not "World-Wide" Timeshares.

I just do not understand WHY these people at Worldwide wil not return my phone calls or give me a physical address of where they are located or even give me to a representative.

These time share companies who "promise" to sell your timeshares are really conducting business in a bad way. If I had $$ to throw away, it wouldn't be like this. It would be help the less fortunate. After going on line and talking to other timeshare companies, they are telling me to "be careful" others have heard about the reputation they have.

When I call one of the people listed on the BBB as an officer or sales person, that person does not exist.

Anyhow, is there anyone out there who can help me to get in contact with someone at World Wide, get me a physical address and find out WHY they are giving me a customer service number that does not exist.

I just hope these people who are doing this to "innocent" people will get what is coming to them in due time.

Thanks for this website, it is working wonders, I have been pulling up Secretary of State and BBB on these companies. PLEASE, I URGE all of you to PLEASE when someone contacts you about a timeshare, look them up first, you do not have to give them your credit card number right there, pull up their website and you will find there are several timeshares they are even less than the one you have that are not sold. They want your money and they NEVER have someone waiting. Let's see what happens.
