There are laws in place to prevent this type of treatment from occuring. If this statement was true, I would not have maintained the position I hold now as central Florida's leader in real estate investments. I take pride in making sure I work with my tenents especially in these economic times. As a result, I have many tenants that are pleased with the homes they are renting and the treatment they receive. As a landlord, there are measures that must be followed before someone can be removed from the property when they don't adhere to the terms of a rental contract. Unfortunately, there are no equivalent laws to protect business owners from false accusations.

This claim is not true and has no basis. In this setting, there is no way to know who makes the claims. But it certainly would be a great environment for other businesses, who are not as successful, to try to tarnish a reputation of others for their own gain, which is not good business.

We just returned from a meeting with Mr. Khalil. My husband and I are interested in one of his properties. During our meeting Mr. Khalil was never misleading, he was absolutely clear about the terms and condition of our lease. Overall, Mr. Khalil was accommodating, honest, and professional. His business practices are very sound, building customer trust and confidence. We feel at peace and secure conducting business with him and will highly recommend him to others.

I have to say, we have a tendency to only take action when we are upset about something. It is not often enough that we take action when we are pleased about something. I just have to write about my experience with Amir of amirhouses.com, and Ideal Houses LLC. As I was looking at his website for a house to rent, I was concerned about my credit. It was so comforting to know that even if I didn't have the best credit, he worked with me. I can't believe the time he took to sit down with me and truly find out my goals. I told him that my dream was to be able to own a house, but didn't feel like that was possible, especially with the way the banks are now, they won’t lend to anyone. He assured me that if owning a home was my dream, he will work with me to make that happen as long as I was committed on my end. I can not tell you how thrilled I am that I have found Amir and amirhouses.com to find my dream home!! On another note, as I was looking for rental homes, I was appalled at this site when I saw a negative posting for amirhouses.com. I know in my heart that this just isn't true. I looked into this site a little and learned quite a bit. Check out www.reportsripoff.com. This site exposes ripoffreport.com for what it is "National Enquirer antidote to the Better Business Bureau", it's a "money making scam that has left numerous businesses and individuals tarnished with an unjustified poor reputation that goes without merit". In addition, the owner and founder of this site is a wanted criminal with a long history including check fraud, drugs, and assault & battery. He is currently in hiding, yet he manages to have a website that spreads vile lies. The truth needs to be told. I am so glad that this scam of a website has not prevented Amir from doing business and making my life better. Be smart and consider the source.

I have been looking for a home for my family and I. As so many families, we have found ourselves in a situation we didn't see coming. As I was looking for a home to own, I found it almost impossible with the credit I now have. After speaking to so many realtors and mortgage companies who basically dismissed me because of my current status, I can not express enough how thankful I was to meet with Amir. I was impressed with his selection of homes and the terms available. What I really respected was his direct and clear terms for the lease options, he takes the time to make sure that we understood everything. He is a very busy man and I can see why. He clearly goes the 'extra mile' and I am grateful for that.

well i agree 100% with the fact that he rips people off my husband and i were looking to move back to Florida and found his ad on craigslist we called Amir and spoke with him about a house that he has at 211 cloverdale we asked what we needed to do to get the house he said to my husband when you get to Florida let me know i will show you the house if you want it give me 3000 and its yours o we got the movers my husband came down looked at the house when he went to Amir to give him the money he told him the house was sold we had already planed the move so he told my husband about another place he had but we had to give him 3300 for this place we had nowhere else so we took it since we have been here 1month the septic has backed up into the house he had his people come to fix it they left my house with crap and i am talking about crap all over the floors and showers with the toilets removed and it was like that for 4 days till a real plumber showed up . We also have bare wires it the attic that could start a fire with my children in the house we found out after we moved in that this was the reason the last people moved out because Amir would not fix the electric by the way the house he told us we couldnt have because he sold it was a lie he still has it he just wanted to put 4 kids in an unsafe house.if you dont believe this post you can check it out i have pics

I find that when people are in that position, sadly, they are the target of those that are jealous. As an American, I believe that you should be rewarded by what you produce or earn, not by entitlement. Amir is someone that has earned everything he has and has not expected the government or anyone else to take care of him as so many others do. And those that expect everyone else to hand things to them are the ones that complain the most. I guarantee, those that are writing these unfavorable remarks are the very ones that did not hold up their end of the agreement and have nothing else better to do than to sit around and complain while they are waiting for someone else to take care of them and fix all their problems. I have personally witnessed and know individuals that he has gone the extra mile to help or work with someone who truly deserves the help. He wouldn't be where he is today if what is posted was true.

I had wrote the original complaint and there is no way to remove it from this website. I have spokem with Amir and he has appoligized for the things that had happened to me in the past. I hope that he will treat others better in the future and I do hope his business does well. I have tried every possible way to remove this report but unless We pay the Extortionist ED MANSON OWNER OF RIP OFF REPORT $2,000.00 he will not REMOVE any comments from the site.

This website is really destructive to a business and I wished that I would have never placed the the report on this website.

I do not see how it is legal for this site to remain in existance. It is good that there is a place to go to allow  people to complain but even the BBB will remove a complaint once it is resolved.

Please GOOGLE SEARCH THE OWNER OF RIPOFF REPORT AND YOU WILL GET THE TRUTH!!
