Alexis And Mondesir Georgia Land scam - Do not want to do closing Florida

On March 2005, I bought 2 Acres of land in Georgia from this Realtor (Jean Remy Francois) who is associated with Alexis and Mondesir Company. They were selling the lands at $5000/ acre. I bought 2 acres and I paid $7,500 for the land and everytime I call them to do the closing on the land, they would not answer their phone. Now, we are in September 2008 and they still don't want to give me any paper for the land. I spoke to the realtor (Remy) and he keeps telling me that he called them as well, but they are not picking up their phone.

My uncle and my sister had bought 2 acres as well and they are in the same problem. They don't have any paper for their land and they can't reach anyone to do the closing. Remy--told me that Alexis and Mondesir broke the law because they were doing the paperwork for the Georgia land in Florida which was suppose to be done in Georgia. This company has been taking a lot of money from people in the palm beach area pretending that they have lands for sale. BIG SCAM COMPANY!!! Do not do any business with them. I would never recommend someone to this company.

I took a school loan to buy the land because they told me that it was going to be $10,000/acre in the next few weeks. Now I have to stop school and work so that I can pay back that loan. (Alexis and Mondesir)These people are so selfish and unprofessional. I hope they go to jail for what they are doing to the Haitian Community.
