My opinion:

I am currently a tenant of Brewer Caldwell Property Management. The company could not find the pool key for the condo I am leasing and I was told by the rental agent Danielle Vine that she would have the maintenance department order one and bring it by. This was over four months ago.

I have made numerous requests with countless phone calls, followed by emails to no avail.

This company has proven that they don't care. Please do not lease from Brewer Caldwell property management. Their customer service is inadequate, and you cannot count on them to do what they say. This company lacks integrity.

THIS COMPANY LACKS INTEGRITY AND DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.

IF YOU OWN A PROPERTY AND ARE LOOKING FOR A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY...LOOK AWAY....LOOK AWAY...FROM BREWER CALDWELL.

Things Have Gotten Better

Brewer Caldwell has adjusted the way they do business to make things better. Communication is now handled directly with an assigned Property Manager. My newly assigned Property Manager's name is CayeLynn. Since she has taken over things seemed to have improved. I happy to say that I will be extending my lease for another year with Brewer Caldwell.
