This woman says she "Specializes" in foreclosures.  Let me tell you that she doesn't SPECIALIZE in anything except being illusive and impossible to reach!  She was the agent for the bank owned property that I purchased.  Through the entire ordeal, she NEVER ONCE contacted my realtor to give him an updte!!!  My realtor would have to make several calls a day to her and days would go by without a call back. When she did call back, she had no more information than the day before. 

This woman is single handedly responsible for every headache that I endured over trying to close on the property tha I now own.  To top it all off....I went to MY HOUSE today to find the 2 screen doors to the pool enclosure were PADLOCKED SHUT!!!  I own the house!!  The asset management company had no idea the property closed because this woman never notified them and gave an order to lock up the pool area.

I warn anyone doing business or thinking of doing business with her to stop and think about it:  If you want to chase after a realtor, be IGNORED, and watch a woman make money for doing nothing, then call Carolyn.  You are guaranteed to wait to half of forever to close, she will be of little to no help to you and you will trim years off of your life!!!!

DO NOT CONTACT THIS WOMAN!!!  She does not DESERVE the she gets for being a listing agent.  The fact that she gets paid at all is a bloody miracle!!!!
