I am one of the victims of Copeland Marketing aka CMC aka New Horizons aka World Wide Vacation Marketing aka International Travel Corp.

I contacted the BBB/Attorney Generals office in Florida and submitted all the paperwork for a refund back in February 2007, but was advised today that they stopped at the letter "D" and that the case was closed and there is nothing else that the BBB/Attorney Generals office could do.

I then contact my attorney who advised me that if he and his counterpart in Florida receives 50 or more complaints they may be able to proceed with a Class Action Suit against Copeland Marketing and their owners, etc.

I know their are a lot of people who got ripped off by Copeland Marketing just like me and have not received a refund, hopefully we can get the above going and get some satisfaction.
