Dan Doyle kept our $7K earnest money from a real estate deal in May 2007.  We have been listening to his lies and broken promises of 1/2 payments to "the check is in the mail".  He wanted our bank account number to "wire" the money to us.  He is difficult to get a hold of and does not respond to emails. We went through the Hawaii Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and they are currently investigating him.  This has gone on long enough.  We are hiring a lawyer.  This guy owns several properties in Hawaii, California and Texas as well a boat named "two guys on the edge".

I hope all who have been deceived by the whole "investment" debacle to know tdhat time has caught up to Mr. Doyle. The feds just handed down an indictment on 28 charges of wire and mail fraud. He's scheduled for arraignment February 1st 2012. Although it doesn't help the sting of losing money to such wreckless acts on his behalf, perhaps there's an ounce of satisfaction knowing he must take accountability for his actions.
