Foxtons has put our house on their website with incorrect data on it. It is to try to put a bait out there and have the most people to come and look at the property even though it does not have what the ad says.The magazines from 18 mos ago have the same pics in it. Save the magazine now and wait a year, then compare the photos of homes, call they will always tell you that property has been sold or a contract on it. LIE- it is the photos they use all the time. But they wait for months to go by, then they re-use them. Our home has never made it to the monthly magazine NOR the MLS, yet either, AS CONTRACT STATES.

They stated that we have Central Air, Gas heat, the directions,# of bedrooms, etc are still incorrect after 40 days. We have been lied to by the agency more than 3 times. They continue to promise to fix all the erros on the website and flyers, but have not. We are still waiting. We were supposed to go live on the MLS still after 40 days not on.I requested to drop the price of the home, agent said he will call me back to discuss, still waiting, 40 days later. They are rude, when you call and request a mgr. You will never get a manager involved.

We had a bid on the home, and we lost it because Foxtons had NO agent to understand the spanish speaking woman. The agent Chris could not understand her due to a language barrier. Shame on them for not having Bi-lingual staff on hand at all times. The buyer got fed up, with the non-communication with the agent.
Our listing agent Troy Moran informed me that HE sent some people to our home to look at it. At signing he clearly stated that any possible buyers will be pre-qualified and escorted by a Foxtons agent, so why would HE send people over to the home?

That is how they work. They love to LIE.

We have now filed a formal complaint with the Board of Real Estate Commission. The manager Vince Acosta and Troy Moran has informed me that we will not be allowed to get out of the contract, even though Foxtons has NOT met their agreements in the contract w/MLS listing, the website incorrect info, and no advertisement beside the website.
