My house is current on the Las Vegas MLS falsely by this realtor Kirsten Tesfay.  She was told to withdraw the mls listing and to cancel the contract that I had with her.  All the paperwork was completed and I have the signed documents to prove it.

I contacted the MLS GLVAR in Las Vegas, and they said that Tesfay has refused to abide by the withdrawal notice and will not withdraw from the listing.

Kristen Tesfay was fired because she did not meet her duties that were agreed upon.  She was suppose to check my house once a week and because she did not check on my house it was robbed of the appliances in the kitchen and trashed.  Tesfay was contacted repeatedly thru email and phone and asked about the status of my house by me.  Tesfay said she was too busy to check the house.  After 3 weeks, she checked on the house and discovered the robbery.

Because of Tesfay's refusal  to honor the terms of our agreement, I WAS ROBBED!!

Further investigation is taking place to determine Tesfay's duplicity in the robbery.

A police report has been filed, complaints are being filed with the Nevada Licensing Board at this time.  Tesfay has been contacted by the board and was notified to release the mls listing.

A lawsuit is beginning to recover the thousands of dollars of lost money, time , and property due to this unethical realtor, Kirsten Tesfay.  The GLVAR is also liable and will be facing legal action.

#1 Owner of Company

False Reporting of Facts

AUTHOR: Kirsten - Las Vegas (United States of America)

The Brubakers had a valid listing agreement with Harmonic Realty which was confirmed with the Legal Council at the GLVAR and also with the Real Estate division. A Real Estate Company is not responsible for securing a property, that is the obligation and duty of a home owner. The Police was met by Harmonic Realty at the property and the officer suggested that during financially challenging times, there seem to be more crimes committed.

The property was secured by Harmonic Realty through a lock box. Unfortunately the Brubakers had given keys out to painters, Property management companies and have been neglectful in securing their property. If a property is left vacant, the best way to secure the property, would be by installing a security system on property. Also, though the knowledge of Harmonic Realty, all property was reimbursed by the Home Owners insurance.

Realtors are negotiators and closers in a transaction, not security companies. For homeowners that have valuables in a property, the advise would be to secure the property. The listing was a legally binding contract between the Homeowners and the Real Estate company, and we wish them the best of luck.
