I have read this report about Jennifer and Jeff Tysinger and feel sick that someone could so blatantly tell such horrible lies about people and then have the audacity include the name of God! "Maybe God tried to handle this on his own, but we (society) had to step in..." I have many problems with this direct quote from the original report, the first problem being that God does not TRY to handle things and need "society" to help Him do anything. God makes no mistakes. Mistakes are made by "society" and only His hands can correct them. Yes, Mr. Jeff Tysinger did have a lung transplant. And while I'm sure the Tysinger's have made mistakes in their life (they are people and people make mistakes), anyone would have to be absolutely insane to think they used this to scam people! Jeff had a brother that wasn't as fortunate as he was; he died from the same condition Jeff has. Jeff was very sick for a long time before he received the precious gift that saved his loved ones from having to lose another family member/friend. Besides the transplant itself, there are medications that he'll take for he est of his life and more medicatons that helped him live long enough to actually get the transplant. Doctors aren't free, either. Unless they had a complete surgery center (fully stocked with supplies and extra lungs and medical personnel and equipment) in the basement of their house, I'm pretty sure they needed reliable transportation for Jeff to get the care he needed in order to LIVE. And Jennifer is in no way, shape, or form the type of person that could sit back and watch someone suffer whether she knew them or not--and especially not her husband that she loves so very much. Asking others for help is one of the hardest things to do and if she "solicited monetary donations" for help, she must have been desperate because Jennifer Vance Tysinger is a strong, smart, and proud woman who works hard at everything she does and then pushes past her limits with skill, heart, determination, and with God always at her side. It isn't anyone's business if the Tysinger's are "broke" or "unemployed." I have no idea how much money they have but they will NEVER be "broke" because they have God. If you think being unemployed is so shameful, watch the news or read a newspaper or visit the unemployment office and see just how many other people are also unemployed--and out of those people, how many have had a disease that took a brother and almost them too? It's been probably 8-10 years since I last saw either Jennifer or Jeff but I know Jennifer's heart and she is one of the best people I have ever known. She puts others before herself, she is a Christian woman, she is smart, and she has a loving support system of family and friends. Jeff's family is well-respected and I would trust either one of them, no questions asked. You say "Stay away from ANYTHING to do with..." If you are so certain these two people are that bad, why can't you sign your name like a real man in stead of Mr. EFT? Afraid someone will recognize you for the liar you are?
