Michael Nettemeyer called me last night to schedule an appointment for showing my house in the morning. I called back and left a message that the earliest he can come is at noon and requested to call me back to confirm that he is coming.

He did not call but instead showed up with his clients. He said he got my message but did not call back to confirm. I told him that I require 24h notice which is stated on the listing.

He said in front of his clients that if I do not want to sell the house it is OK with him. I told him to keep that BS to himself.

Michael, yes, you do work for me too, I am the one who cuts you the check with your provision and your arrogant behavior is not appreciated. It is utterly unprofessional to show up uninvited dragging your clients with you and not having a confirmed appointment.

I rather have my house on the market longer and work with an agent that values my time and my business.
