I got scammed and my apartment is still unavailable for me to move into and I signed a lease two months ago. He showed me a model apartment in the same building and told me my apartment would look just the same. He was real pushy and insisted I leave a deposit right then and there. He never took me to his office and never wanted to give me the address and insisted that he works out of the office and i wouldn't be able to reach him there. He Bait and Switched me( which is illegal) He told me at lease signing about the fee and said i would lose my deposit if i backed out. I paid it and signed a lease. Two months later, and i still haven't been able to move in because the apartment is a dump. The Landlord refuses to fix the apartment and the super does nothing in the building. I reported him to the Department of State for pulling a bait and switch on me.
